We provide a range of services related to education, training, and learning and development, to corporates, non-profit organizations, and more; however, at Snap Ark, we take a novel approach to learning - based on 'Facilitation' rather than on training. This forms the base of all our technical and non-technical workshops, leadership development and team building programs, whether online, indoor, outdoor or outbound!

Learning (and Development) is a crucial part of life, whether it be for personal up-skilling, career development, or business growth. However, even with the advancements of tools and technology, we saw both the education and corporate sector failing to adapt to the demands of modern-day learning, a disconnect between teachers/ trainers and learners, and a mismatch between learning expectations and learning solutions that were made available to the market.

The circle around the boat is a representation of the complete/ holistic nature of our approach to our work - a deep understanding not only of theories and principles, but also of practical application, human emotion and psychology, various learning methods and the reality of the world around us.
Symbolizing the ability to respond quickly to a fast- paced, fast-changing VUCA environment and to balance careful planning and strategizing with improvisation, flexibility and adaptability. This also depicts our efforts to create 'aha' moments where our learners 'snap' their fingers in realization when discovering a new concept or understanding how to extract learning from a simple game or activity.
The focal point of our logo is the paper boat in the centre, rising above the water. This depicts how resourcefulness, agility, creativity, design and planning allows us to build a boat out of mere paper that can stay afloat in challenging, volatile and unpredictable environments.
Symbolizing rising above challenges to respond positively and meaningfully and create lasting impact. This also symbolizes a learning 'arc' or curve that we take our trainees on-one which does not stop at the end of a training program or workshop, but continues into everyday life and embeds in behaviours and actions, creating a culture of openness, a mindset of learning and an environment that facilitates healthy, sustainable growth.
