Danny describes himself as a Serial Problem-Solver and is passionate about just about anything that requires Learning, Innovation, and Creative Thinking. His entry into Learning and Development was coincidental, but smooth given his academic background in Law, and his experience as a Local and International Lecturer, Skills Coach, National Debater, Public Speaker, and Researcher.

As a certified Design Thinker and Marketing Strategist, he is a vocal advocate for designing user/human-centered solutions and for the importance of building cross-functional, diverse teams. A career that combined a study of the arts, economics, and law with debates, sports, theatre, music, and more contributed to shaping his broad perspectives, which in turn guided his holistic approach to his work. Danny is a firm believer in disrupting and changing traditional learning models to provide effective learning, redefine leadership, and drive personal, organizational, and social change.

Daniel Thambyrajah specializes in crafting effective, one-of-a-kind experiences for his clients. By combining his experience of over 20 years as a corporate trainer,program content designer, facilitator, and disruptive thinker along with his background as a fitness trainer and entrepreneur, Daniel lays claim to have unique perspective and unconventional ideas.

This is reflected in his training and facilitation and has resulted in his successful work with many leading MNCs, Conglomerates, NGOs and a multitude of other organizations from the corporate and non-profit sectors. Daniel is committed to innovating new and counter-intuitive solutions that will continuously be relevant to a fast-changing corporate environment. He is an ardent advocate of the core Improv.

Manesh Christhumani
Certified Trainer

Manesh has over 13 years' experience in the telecommunications sector and over 8 years experience as a Corporate Trainer. His expertise lies in Communication, Sales Strategy and Execution, Team Building and Skills Development. A co-founder of 'Dunamis' consultancy, a training and consultation firm, he is well known for his interacting training style. He is also an IVQ Level 3 certified corporate trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Teaching, Training and Accessing Learning (City and Guild).

Thilina Rajapakse
Sales and HR Facilitator

Thilina is a Sales and Distribution expert with over 10 years experience in leveraging consultative selling strategies that grow sales and strengthen relationships across markets. He has trained and mentored numerous batches of Sales Teams for over 5 years, working extensively with Sri Lankan Corporates in the Banking and Finance sector. He is a Lean Six Sigma Champion, awarded by SLASSCOM and draws on a wealth of knowledge in diverse fields to enrich his facilitation and training.

HR and Branding Consultant

Ronald (or Ronnie) is a seasoned professional, with a host of experience in industries ranging from Banking to Training to Human Resources. Having completed his MBA as a Chartered Financial Analyst, he went on to obtain a Green Belt in Lean Management and 5S, while also receiving the Thomas International Trainer Certification in Personality Analysis, and becoming an Associate at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka as well as a SSL Certified Assessor. Ronnie has been in the field for 18 years and is vastly experienced in Employer Branding, Talent Management, training, and Process Development.

Rasini Ayanthi Bandara

Rasini has built a stronghold in the field of emotional wellbeing. She has earned multiple qualifications including a MSC in Applied Psychology from Coventry University, UK, a BSC in Psychology from Girne American University, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Psychology, a Diploma in Psychology from London School of Science and Technology. Rasini is now an Executive Director / Psychologist at Mind Heals (Pvt) Limited, a public speaking and personality development coach, a communication skills development teacher and a senior lecture. She has designed and conducted many EQ development workshops for Snap Ark having trained senior personnel from corporates in Sri Lanka.

Kavitha Gunersekera
Talent Development Specialist and Learning and Development Facilitator

A career combining teaching, journalism, learning and development, corporate communications, theatre, music and broadcasting, Kavitha carries a well-rounded perspective and invaluable experience which contribute to her role as a Global Talent Development Head. Kavitha holds a B.A in Language Studies and English Language Teaching, professional qualifications in Drama from Trinity College, London, and is a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management, USA. She specializes in Instructional Design, Behavioural Competency Development, Learning Technologies, Business Communication, Skills Coaching, Integrated Talent Management, and in Theatre-based instruction.

Charuka Karunarathne
HR Generalist and Learning and Development Facilitator

Charuka has successfully completed a ten-year career in Sri Lanka's human resources industry and has substantial experience in fundamental HR functions in the banking and finance, logistics, shipping and freight forwarding, and retail sector. These essential skills have given Charuka a broad perspective that he now uses in his position as the Head of Learning and Development at a respected non-banking financial institution in Sri Lanka. He has received his professional certifications in business management, human resources, and human skills and personality development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM), Association of Business executives, United Kingdom (ABE), and Pearson (London).
