Danny describes himself as a Serial Problem-Solver and is passionate about just about anything that requires Learning, Innovation, and Creative Thinking. His entry into Learning and Development was coincidental, but smooth given his academic background in Law, and his experience as a Local and International Lecturer, Skills Coach, National Debater, Public Speaker, and Researcher.
As a certified Design Thinker and Marketing Strategist, he is a vocal advocate for designing user/human-centered solutions and for the importance of building cross-functional, diverse teams. A career that combined a study of the arts, economics, and law with debates, sports, theatre, music, and more contributed to shaping his broad perspectives, which in turn guided his holistic approach to his work. Danny is a firm believer in disrupting and changing traditional learning models to provide effective learning, redefine leadership, and drive personal, organizational, and social change.

Daniel Thambyrajah specializes in crafting effective, one-of-a-kind experiences for his clients. By combining his experience of over 20 years as a corporate trainer,program content designer, facilitator, and disruptive thinker along with his background as a fitness trainer and entrepreneur, Daniel lays claim to have unique perspective and unconventional ideas.
This is reflected in his training and facilitation and has resulted in his successful work with many leading MNCs, Conglomerates, NGOs and a multitude of other organizations from the corporate and non-profit sectors. Daniel is committed to innovating new and counter-intuitive solutions that will continuously be relevant to a fast-changing corporate environment. He is an ardent advocate of the core Improv.
